In honour of our annual tradition we would like to invite all Cracovia fans to join us on Holy Saturday (26 March) #AtTheStadium for the blessing of the Eastern baskets. The ceremony will take place at 12:00 on the football pitch.

The blessing of the Eastern baskets is a long-standing Polish Eastern tradition. On Eastern morning families put together Eastern basket which they decorate with a white cloth and sprigs of boxwood. Next they fill the basket with a piece of bread, salt, ham, "pisanki" (colourfully decorated eggs) etc. The Eastern basket is then taken to a local church where it is blessed by a priest. The next day families share the contents of the baskets during breakfast as everyone wishes one another Happy Easter.

This year we would also like to invite you to the blessing of the Eastern baskets which will take place on March, 26. The stadium gates leading to section B (by Józefa Kałuży Street) will open at 11:15. Wheelchair users will be able to get on the pitch using a technical tunnel which is located between sections G and I.
