The exact time of Pasy's clash in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League has been announced. The match against Swedish side of Malmö FF will start at the Eleda Stadium on 27th of August, with 7 p.m. as the time of the first whistle.
Malmö FF is the current vice-champion of Sweden. During last season, the team from the port city has ended as one-point-less side to the champions from Djurgårdens IF. However, the European rival of Cracovia had the lowest number of losses in the season at the time - Malmö lost to their opponents only three times out of 30 meetings. The 2019 season (as the Swedish league played in the spring/autumn system) ended with a goal difference of 56-16, which was also the lowest number of goals lost in the whole league.
The Swedish team also achieved the Swedish Cup final, losing to IFK Göteborg by 1:2. In the current season of Allsvenskan (the highest league of the country) the players of our rival are in the leader position with 31 points after the 14 games played.
Malmö FF play its matches at the Eleda Stadium, a modern stadium with 22,500 seats available. Due to the sanitary restrictions in the European games, the stands will remain empty during the meeting with Cracovia.
