Having completed his move on loan from a Championship side Birmingham City, Nicolai Brock-Madsen spoke to us for the first time, answering questions about his development so far and expectations of Cracovia and the Ekstraklasa.

‘I want to start playing again, do well and help the team achieve success at the same time. I am looking forward to being part of the team, said Nicolai.

‘I know some of the Danish players who play in the Ekstraklasa - Frederik Helstrup, Nicki Bille Nielsen and Christian Gytkjær - but I havent talked to them before coming here. I wanted to make that decision by myself.

‘As you can see I am a big guy. I am a striker, I feel good in the box but I can also hold the ball. What is important, I always work hard for the team. I will try to score as many goals as I can.
