Cracovias defensive player Paweł Jaroszyński talks about the teams preparation for the second half of the season.

How would you summarize the first training camp in Wałbrzych?

    - We worked really hard during the first winter camp. The training sessions were designed to improve our strength and stamina. I wish we hadnt lost the friendly to Górnik Wałbrzych at the end of the camp. To say the least, we did not do very well on that day. I hope that we will play much better during friendly games in Spain and we will erase the bad impression we had left with this match.

The game was played in bad weather and for you it was a period of hard work...

    - On the one hand thats all true, but on the other hand the weather was the same for both teams. Its a real shame that weve lost. Now we need to learn a lesson from the defeat and make sure something like this will not happen in the future.

Recently you had an injury - is everything fine now?

    - Yes, a part of my quadriceps muscle has become inflamed, but everythings okay now. Because of the injury I had individual training sessions during most of the camp in Wałbrzych, but then I played two periods in the friendly against Górnik.

How do training sessions back in Cracow look like?

    - Today were training at Garbarnias pitch and tomorrow on the artificial pitch at the clubs training facility. Were trying to make the best of the time here, even though the weather conditions are not making it any easier for us. We all cant wait to go to Spain, where we will be able to work more on our technique and tactics.
