We pay the price for missed chances as we lose to Legia

We rued missed chances as Legia consigned us to a 2-1 defeat. Guilherme put the visitors ahead 3 minutes in, Cracovia levelled five minutes later, but Legias lead was restored in the 83rd minute after a goal from Aleksandar Prijović.
During an open start to the game both teams managed to score. Just three minutes in Guilherme benefitted from a mistake at the back and made no mistake with a left-footed drive, and five minutes later Erik Jendrišek found himself at the receiving end of a great delivery from Jakub Wójcicki and with a flick of his head put the ball in the back of the net to make it 1-1.
The goal gave Cracovia a lift. We grew in confidence, began to move the ball around with more assurance and fashioned a couple of great goal scoring chances.
On 58 minutes Marcin Budziński produced a right-footed effort from long range, Arkadiusz Malarz had to parry, but Wójcicki wasnt close enough to get on the rebound.
The search for a winner went on. Our big chance came on 66 minutes. Jendrišek fired a fierce shot that looked destined for the net, but was denied by the Legia keeper who got a hand on the ball and made a great save.
Legia looked unruffled and seven minutes before the end of the game scored a winner as Aleksandar Prijović headed home to seal a 2-1 victory. It is a harsh result for Cracovia who deserved at least a point tonight.
