Every fan must have a valid ticket.

Stand sideways at the turnstile and hold your ticket up to the reader. A green light indicates entry. Remember, your ticket only allows you to turn the turnstile once.
Matchday: 10:00 – until the end of the first half.

The stadium is located near Krakow's Błonia Park. Parking is available on surrounding streets or in the parking lot next to the National Museum. Paid parking is available in Zone A from Monday to Sunday (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM), while paid parking is available in Zones B and C from Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
Bicycle racks are located at the Official Cracovia Store (al. Focha) and at the entrances to stands A and B.

From the "Teatr Słowackiego" stop, take lines 124 and 424 ("Cracovia Stadion" stop). From the "Dworzec Główny Wschód" terminus, take bus 192.
From Kraków Airport, take bus 300. Get off at the "Muzeum Narodowe" stop.
The store is located on Aleja Focha Street. Open Monday through Saturday (plus Sunday shopping) from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Match stands are open from approximately two hours before the match (Fan Zone – Kałuży Street), then move to Sector B until approximately the 60th minute of the match. Tickets are also sold in the Family and VIP Sectors.

Food and beverage outlets are open from gates open (approximately two hours before the match). Guests will find a special Cracoviak Set and personalized, reusable cups.
The Family Sector is one of the best spaces for the youngest fans in Poland.
Animators provide fun, competitions and attractions, and 30 minutes before the match, the Cracovia players visit the sector, providing opportunities to take photos and get autographs.
